Who can be a client of Image 1?
Image 1 deals exclusively with professional portrait studios. We do not offer these services to the general public.

How much does it cost to be a client of Image 1?
There is no registration fee, no membership fee, and no hidden charges. We do encourage you to purchase displays for your studio, because we have found that the displays are key factors in selling this product. You can either purchase our ready-to-display set of crystal with master photographer images for $149.99 plus shipping and handling (a savings of over $25 off the regular price of displays), or you can create your own display set using your photos and your choice of crystal.

What is the "display" price I see on my product guide, and how do I get that price?
The display price is the price charged for in-studio displays. We have found that it is highly unlikely for a studio without displays to sell this product. Likewise, studios with displays find it quite easy to generate sales, because the crystals sell themselves. You may order a ready-to-display set of crystal with master photographer images for $149.99 plus shipping and handling (a savings of over $25 off the regular price of displays), or you can create your own display set using your photos and your choice of crystal. For a custom set of displays, go through the “Create a New Order” steps, and when prompted, indicate that the order is for “display use only.”

What are the minimum image requirements for an image to be uploaded?
We suggest that the image be cropped as a 5x7 at 200dpi for best results.

How long will orders take?
Completed orders are returned to the studio within 3 weeks.

Can I pay more to put a "rush" on an order?
Currently we are not offering "rush" services, but it will be available in the near future.

Is the advertising really "free" and if so how do I get it and how does it work?
Yes the advertising really is free. Any of the marketing or advertising that is offered to you by your representative is at our cost. Simply put, it is a fringe benefit of being one of our clients. The most common advertising we do is through local newspapers. We will run ads in your newspapers featuring our crystal products in association with whatever promotion we are currently running in that area. At the bottom of the ad will be the studios that are currently offering this promotion (think of a movie ad). Our name will not appear anywhere in the ad, it will simply be a product advertisement. Of course it is up to the discretion of each studio whether or not they want to participate in each promotion that we run.

What is your return policy?
We have a 100% customer satisfaction policy. If you are not satisfied with the image cut into the crystal, or the crystal is flawed in any way you may return it in exchange for a new crystal of the same size, shape, and image.

I can go to your web site anytime I like, but what if I want to talk to a representative?
All of our representatives are available during business hours, Monday thru Saturday from 9-5. Some representatives choose to extend their availability on an individual basis. Please feel free to contact your representative with any questions concerning extended hours.

What payment options are available?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

How can I check on orders that have already been submitted?
You can check the status of your order from the website or you can always contact your representative if you have any questions concerning your order.

How often do you run special promotions for your studios?
We run promotions for our studios as often as possible. Our sales team is networked nationwide to continuously come up with new promotions to help increase your sales. If you have a specific need in mind contact your local representative so that we can implement a marketing promotion that best suits your specific needs.
